About Us

The Pittman McLenagan Group, L.C. (PMG) is a woman-owned, technologically-forward boutique providing a broad spectrum of consulting services for large and small organizations seeking to improve their procedures related to the human resource assets of their companies.

Shane Pittman, Ph.D. - Dr. Pittman is president of The Pittman McLenagan Group, L.C. and serves as project director and/or advisor for all projects. Dr. Pittman has extensive experience in the area of human resource development and assessment to include expertise in job analysis, selection processes, organizational analysis, program evaluation, survey research and litigation support. She has developed and conducted training programs in such areas as performance appraisal, quality management, and customer service. Dr. Pittman is an accomplished process consultant and facilitator.

Mike McLenagan - Mr. McLenagan is Vice-President of The Pittman McLenagan Group, L.C.  His background is in engineering and public safety. He has extensive experience in areas such as quality management, organizational analysis, video-based assessments, and personnel assessment. He also has extensive experience in training design and delivery and has researched, designed and implemented many work-based adult education programs. He also holds a Master's of Business Administration.
